The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB Direct Entry) is a Nigerian entrance examination board for tertiary-level institutions. The board conducts entrance examinations for prospective undergraduates into Nigerian universities. The board is also charged with the responsibility to administer similar examinations for applicants to Nigerian public and private monotechnics, polytechnics, and colleges of educations. All of these candidates must have obtained the West Africa School Certificate, now West African Examinations Council, WAEC, or its equivalent, National Examination Council (Nigeria), NECO.
Every year, the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, (JAMB) conduct an examination that will determine if a student will be admitted or not.
After conducting and sitting for the examination, the board will release the score/results of candidates. And if you scored below 160 mark, you will be eligible to apply for polytechnic, if you score above 180, you will be eligible to apply for a university admission.Click here to login to use the service
